What Alert Level 2 Means for Renault and You

Servicing and test drives:

The majority of our dealerships and their teams will at work, either full time or on a split roster. This means you'll be able to visit your local dealership to organise servicing, test drives and more.

If your vehicle requires servicing or you’d like to take a test drive, we still highly recommend that you make an appointment beforehand. This helps us manage the number of people within the dealerships to make sure that everyone stays safe

Please call us on 0800 736 2858 or click below and we’ll get this sorted for you.

Virtual Showroom:

We understand that just because you can visit the dealerships under level 2, doesn't mean you'll feel 100% comfortable doing so.

In order to better serve our customers, we've recently launched a virtual showroom where you can book an appointment and one of our team will organise a video call with you to show off all the bells and whistles and answer any questions you might have about your chosen vehicle.

Safety Guidelines:

We’ll still be following strict guidelines to keep everyone safe while at Level 2. These measures include:

  • Digitally collecting contact details from all visitors to our dealership sites to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines.
  • Stricter cleaning and sanitisation of all dealership and vehicle touchpoints.
  • Staff usage of approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Physical distancing amongst staff and customers.
  • Clearly documented & distributed policies for staff.
  • Monitoring the total number of people within a dealership’s premises.

As a New Zealand owned company, we are feeling the impact of COVID-19 like so many other people and businesses. We're working our hardest to make sure we can provide you with the highest level of support and convenience possible, while also keeping everyone safe. Get in touch and let us know what we can do to help you.
